The Dialogue between the Church of the G.O.C. of Greece and the Orthodox Ecclesiastical Community of Those in Resistance

Since December 29, 2012/January 11, 2013 the Church of the Genuine Orthodox Christians of Greece has been engaged in an official dialogue with the Orthodox Ecclesiastical Community in Resistance.

The dialogue is conducted by two committees – one from each side - and meets about every 6 weeks. At the end of each meeting the Joint Secretariat of the Committees for Dialogue publishes a joint statement. Below are the links to the English translations of these statements:

Q. There seems to be a lot of variation in how people observe fasting, but my confessor told me to fast from oil on Wednesday and Friday.
